Every Fellow project begins by defining the moment. In this case, it wasn’t simply about showcasing Acura’s SUV lineup, it was about capturing the feeling of belonging, movement, and everyday life within the Hispanic community. The Hispanic moment if you will. That guiding moment informed every creative decision, from the imagery selected for the cultural montages to the rhythm of the edit and the transitions between new and existing footage. Rather than treating culture as decoration, the campaign built every scene around a culturally shared emotional experience, making each spot feel authentic, familiar, and deeply connected to the people it was created for.

Director Marcelo Petrella led a focused interior shoot on a volume stage at Nant Studios, capturing Acura's SUV lineup with the precision and polish the brand demands. To bridge the new footage with existing running material, Fellow designed market-specific montages — dynamic, expressive sequences built from curated photography and stock footage that function as both cultural portrait and abstract visual backdrop. Each montage was crafted to feel specific: grounded in the textures, rhythms, and imagery that resonate with the audience it was made for.

The real craft of this campaign lives in the edit. The montages weren't just interstitial — they became the connective tissue of each spot, guiding transitions between the studio-shot interiors and the pre-existing running footage with enough visual momentum to make two separate worlds feel like one. Color, pacing, and design were calibrated across every execution to ensure the full lineup felt unified, purposeful, and campaign-strong regardless of market or format.

Cultural relevance isn't a layer you add at the end. It's a decision you make at every step. This campaign was built that way — from the volume stage to the final cut.
